We are looking for a dynamic Forward Deployed Team Lead to join our team! The Forward Deployed Team Lead will work directly with project teams and oversee the overall delivery and performance over the SDLC for the project. The Project team may consist of data scientists, software engineers, and subject matter experts in the definition of new analytics capabilities able to provide our federal customers with the information they need to make proper decisions and enable their digital transformation. 

Responsibilities
Project Management: 
- Serve as primary client-facing POC for program status, escalations, and strategic delivery decisions; build durable relationships at all levels.
- Thrive in an autonomous, empowering, and exciting environment.
- Champion delivery excellence — drive retrospectives, continuous improvement, and lessons-learned practices across the delivery team.
- Stakeholder Communication, run customer working sessions, brief executive sponsors, and write clean status updates for senior stakeholders.
- Lead training and implementation events with the customer teams.
- Identify expansion opportunities within the account—surfacing new use cases, supporting renewal conversations, and ensuring successful deployments convert to long-term customer relationships.
- Mentor junior team members and serve as a culture carrier for disciplined, mission-focused delivery.
