An overview of this role As a Senior Solutions Architect on GitLab's South Korea team, you'll be a trusted advisor to enterprise prospects, customers, and partners. You'll help them understand how GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform addresses technical requirements and business objectives across the software development lifecycle. Experience working with Chaebol’s or other large conglomerate organizations is highly valued given the accounts you'll support. Using your technical expertise, knowledge of cloud and modern software development practices, and customer empathy, you'll guide organizations through digital transformation from planning through monitoring. You'll partner closely with our Account Executives and cross-functional teams. You'll own technical evaluations, including proofs of value and workshops, shape solution architectures, and represent the voice of the customer to product management.
