The Role 
We are seeking a Director or VP Solutions Architect to serve as a hands-on technical leader responsible for translating business requirements into scalable, well-architected technical solutions across TWG Global’s platforms and client engagements. This role is highly execution-oriented and customer-facing, focused on solution design, architectural review, and pre-sales support, with no initial people management responsibilities. 
Key Responsibilities: 
- Act as a hands-on solutions architect, partnering directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable technical architectures and system designs. 
- Review, design, and document solution architectures on a day-to-day basis, including producing diagrams, specifications, and technical requirements for engineering teams. 
- Support pre-sales and solutioning efforts by mapping customer business processes to TWG Global’s existing technology stack, recommending appropriate architectures, and ensuring proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with delivery teams.
