Minimum qualifications - At least 4 years’ experience of success in Program Management, Product Management, or Business Systems roles. - Proven experience managing GTM systems strategy, with a focus on optimizing systems and processes that largely tie back to Salesforce, BI, and agentic tools. - A detail-oriented and process-driven mindset, with proven experience documenting processes, designing workflows, and managing projects with a structured, detail-focused approach. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create polished, simplified summaries where appropriate for senior stakeholders while also getting into the weeds with individual contributors working through daily pains. Preferred qualifications - Strong familiarity with Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Engineering workflows (running proofs of value & customer workshops, customer handoffs to technical account managers, et al). - A willingness to actively participate in co-designing revenue systems in partnership with members of the business and engineering teams. - A strong personal passion for revenue technology and leveraging it to maximize productiv…
