Minimum qualifications: 

- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.

- 8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles supporting cloud or cloud-security products (such as Technical Account Manager, Professional Services, or Solutions Engineer).

- 8+ years of experience working in or supporting the U.S. Federal Government, Military, or Defense Industrial Base.

- Experience delivering cloud solutions across at least one major CSP (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI), and direct experience with their government-specific offerings (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, and GCP Assured Workloads).

- Practical experience navigating the FedRAMP authorization process and guiding customers through rigorous federal security and hardening requirements (such as NIST 800-53, DoD CC SRG, DISA STIGs, or FIPS).

- Practical experience deploying and operationalizing containerization technologies (such as Docker or Kubernetes) and addressing corresponding security considerations.
