Rückgabe-Richtlinie

Every paid kit is a one-time purchase of the listed digital files. After purchase you receive download access to the exact deliverables shown on the product page.

14-day refund window

If a kit does not do what its page says, email us with your order details within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. We ask that the request include the purchase email so we can match the order.

What is not refundable

Because the deliverables are digital and downloaded immediately, partial use is not a basis for a refund. If you are unsure a kit fits, open the product page first — every page lists the real contents, file formats and deliverables before you pay.

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected]. Include the email address used for the purchase so we can match the order.
