Summary Description : 
Syntiant Corp., a leader in the high-growth AI software and semiconductor solutions space, is looking for an experienced and talented Forward Deployed Engineer. 
As a Forward Deployed Engineer , you will integrate and deploy Syntiant software on new platforms on-site in customer environments. You will work directly with customers, get hands-on with target hardware, troubleshoot deployment issues, and help drive successful technical outcomes for projects in our federal business.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience Required: 
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of professional software development.
- Strong C++ and Python experience.
- Experience working in large, complex codebases.
- Experience with Embedded Linux.
- Experience with NVIDIA Jetson platforms.
- Ability to work quickly and independently in fast-paced, ambiguous field environments. 
- Comfortable working with customers and end-users, including non-technical stakeholders.
- Travel to customer sites including test ranges and military installations (up to 2 weeks at a time).
- U.S citizen with security clearance or ability to get one.
- Familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
- Computer Vision or Audio experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with autonomous vehicles is a plus.
