Minimum qualifications: - 3-5 years of pre-sales experience. - Must be based in the PST time zone. - Ability to deliver world-class demonstrations and training experiences to potential customers. - Confidence in a high-velocity technical sale. - Familiarity with one or more Cloud technologies. - Knowledge of cybersecurity architecture and tooling. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on communicating complex technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences. - Willingness to continuously learn. - Critical, customer-first thinking. - Familiarity with customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce. Preferred qualifications: - SaaS experience. - Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC). About the job: As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting our Mid-Enterprise customers, reporting to the Solutions Engineering Manager. You will partner directly with regional account executives to help change our customers’ view and how they approach cloud security.
